Geir Åge Vågane
Geir Åge Vågane was born a day in february -60. He became a full time member of Ritas Lolitas in the fall of 1999.
His harp-playing is well known as one of Norways best, and his bluesy sound makes Ritas Lolitas even more bluesy
than before his entrance in the band. Sometimes he plays one of his favourite Gibson guitars. Freddy King is frequently
played when he uses them.
Geir Åges favourites on the harp are legends like Little Walter, Sonny Boy Williamson II and Al Blind Owl Wilson.
Also to be mentioned is that Geir and his fellow musician Niklas formed the band
The Crawlin' Kingsnakes, in 1990.
